1. Registration Guidelines
Confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the 9th International Symposium on Composites Manufacturing for high performance applications on 21 -22 April 2021. Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.
Online Registration for 9th International Symposium on Composites Manufacturing for high performance applications is open from 1 November 2020 and will close on 7 April 2021.
BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is the external partner for participant registration and is also responsible for the invoicing and collection of participation fees.
On completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system which will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
Your participation can be confirmed only once the registration fee has been fully paid. Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted the entry.

2. Registration Fees
Student*: Please note that after the registration process, students will be asked to provide a proof of their status (for example, a valid student ID) as a method of verification. Further please note that PHD-students are not included in this group and are asked to register as a Regular Participant.
Please note that in all cases the hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee!
Registration 9th International Symposium on Composites Manufacturing for high performance applications includes:
- Admission to the entire program of the summit
- Coffee breaks
3. Supporting program
Due to current circumstances (Corona Covid-19) we will probably not be able to offer a supporting program, including symposium dinner. Should there be any changes, we will inform you right in time via this website with information on how to rebook a social program.
4. Payment Guidelines
Fee payments must be made using one of the following options: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Only international credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card information.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please send any amendments or cancellations regarding your participation via e-mail to DLR (ISCM2021@dlr.de), Anja Wohlers
Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation:
- until 07 March 2021: 100% refund, minus a 25 EURO administrative charge
- until 12 April 2021: 60% refund, minus a 25 EURO administrative charge
- from 13 April 2020: there will be no refund
If circumstances in context Corona Covid-19 require the cancellation or postponement of ISCM 2021 symposium,
all registrants will be notified and your registration fees will be fully refunded. A hybrid or virtual ISCM symposium is not planned.
